Array BioPharma (NASDAQ: ARRY) and AstraZeneca (NYSE: AZN) recently announced plans for two additional randomized Phase II trials for ARRY-886, an oncology small molecule inhibitor targeting the Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK signaling pathway. Great news from Array Biopharma (NASDAQ: ARRY) re: Phase II results from the ARRY-797 asset, a small molecule p38-alpha inhibitor which modulates the production of TNF, IL-1 and IL-6 inflammatory mediators and the PGE2 pain mediator.
