  • Welcome to Life Science Deal Flow!

Welcome to the personal blog of Adam Rubenstein. Here read about how an obsessive fascination with Innovation Intelligence can function to accelerate the commercialization of global R&D. And perhaps also some thoughts on poetry, (bio)pharma, cool science, chihuahuas and college football. Visit Covalent Data.

Life Science Deal Flow is the personal blog of me, Adam Rubenstein, a (bio)science, web and technology junkie.

In 2011 we founded Covalent Data with a mission to accelerate the often slow, expensive, inefficient and complex process of identifying and bringing new technologies to market.

My days are passionately consumed with architecting business, product and market engagement strategy along side the most talented group of women and men one could ever dream of working with. Before founding Covalent Data I held finance, business development and corporate strategy roles at ARCA Biopharma (Nasdaq: ABIO) and MycoLogics. Prior were assignments with the capital groups B.C. Ziegler & Co. (now NYSE: ENV), Merrill Lynch (now: NYSE: BAC), High Country Venture, and the private equity group, Tango. My brief time spent with University License Equity Holdings, Inc. provided a transformative opportunity, as the focus was on identifying and nurturing spin-out company opportunities based upon intellectual property derived at the University of Colorado.

The legal stuff…

I’m responsible for what I say here at Life Science Deal Flow, and all errors, idiocy, stupid comments, swear words, and humor are my own personal responsibility. These are my own thoughts (sans perhaps this paragraph), generated by me, representing me. They – and this blog – are in no way affiliated with Covalent Data or any other company that I have any involvement in. If I’ve made a mistake, it’s my fault. If I’ve said something that makes you laugh, you can thank me. Of course, you should not rely on anything in the blog as legal, financial, accounting, investment, tax, or any other kind of regulated advice. I’m merely a guy living in Colorado who likes to write, enjoys working in (bio)technology, and – well – has plenty of opinions – no matter how stupid they are.

Life Science Deal Flow is not a financial advisor, and does not recommend the purchase of any stock or advise on the suitability of any trade or investment. Stock trading and investing can cause loss of capital, and you should always consult with a professional financial advisor before trading or investing.
